Terms of Sale
1. Who we are
Carbroshow is operated by Pieter Lombard, sole trader (ABN 78 308 951 013), based in Armstrong Creek, Victoria, Australia. Contact: hello@carbroshow.com.
2. What we sell
Car gadgets and automotive accessories, fulfilled by our dropshipping partner CJ Dropshipping. Product pages describe each item; images are representative and actual products may vary slightly.
We also maintain a separate Amazon Picks shelf of third-party products. These are recommendations only — when you click through, you buy from Amazon under Amazon's terms, not ours. We earn a commission on qualifying purchases at no extra cost to you (see §9).
3. Prices and payment
- Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) on product cards, with Australian-dollar equivalents where offered. Prices include GST where applicable.
- Shipping is included in the listed price — there are no additional fees at checkout.
- UK customers — import charges: We are based in Australia and goods are fulfilled internationally. Your order may be subject to UK import VAT and a customs handling fee charged by the carrier on delivery. These charges are set by UK customs and your delivery carrier — not by us — and are payable by you on receipt. The price you pay at checkout does not include these potential charges.
- Payment is processed securely by Stripe via Stripe Payment Links. You complete payment on Stripe's checkout page. We never see or store your card details.
- The total charged is the total shown on the Stripe checkout page. If a price on our site differs from the Stripe checkout total, the Stripe total applies — please contact us if you notice a mismatch.
4. Shipping and delivery
- Delivery estimates (typically 5–18 days depending on destination) are shown on product pages. Estimates are not guarantees.
- Tracking information is provided once your order ships.
- We currently ship to the countries listed in the country picker at checkout.
5. Returns and refunds
- Change of mind: You may return unused goods in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Return postage is at your cost unless we sent the wrong item.
- Damaged or faulty goods: Contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund, and we cover return shipping for faulty items.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Australian customers: Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
UK customers — your 14-day right to cancel: Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have an unconditional right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, for any reason — no explanation needed. To cancel, email hello@carbroshow.com within the 14-day period. You must then return the goods to us within 14 days of telling us. We will refund you (including the outbound delivery cost, since our shipping is included in the price) within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, or of you providing proof of return — whichever is sooner. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless they are faulty. Our standard 30-day change-of-mind returns policy above applies in addition to this statutory right.
UK customers — faulty goods: Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If goods are faulty, you have a short-term right to reject them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. After 30 days (up to 6 months), you are entitled to a repair or replacement; if that is not possible, a refund (which may be reduced to account for your use of the goods). Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right you have under UK consumer law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
See our Returns & Refunds page for the full process.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse this site — including attempting to disrupt it, submitting false information, or infringing the rights of others.
7. Warranties and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, products are sold without additional warranties beyond those implied by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your purchase is limited to the price you paid for the goods in question. Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. The Australian Consumer Law applies to sales to Australian consumers regardless of the governing law chosen. UK consumers retain all rights under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015 regardless of the governing law chosen.
9. Affiliate disclosure
Some links on this site — including all links on the Amazon Picks shelf — are affiliate links. If you buy through them, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Nobody pays for placement in our product picks; the picks are our own opinions.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
